The Byte Busters Showcase Event
We are happy to announce the Byte Busters Showcase Event 2025 coming up on Friday, October 24, 2025 in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The showcase will bring together students, teachers, policymakers, industry leaders and tech lovers to celebrate what our young coders have been building through the Byte Busters Coding Club, an initiative of the DEFINED (Digital Education for Innovation and Economic Development) Project. The program gives public secondary school students across Southwest Nigeria access to digital skills, especially coding, so they can grow as creative problem solvers.
What to Expect
The Byte Busters Showcase Event promises to be a vibrant gathering of students, educators, policymakers, industry leaders, and technology enthusiasts. Highlights of the day will include:
- Student Project Exhibitions – Young coders demonstrate their creativity and problem-solving skills
- Inspirational Keynotes & Panels – Insights from tech leaders, educators, and government stakeholders
- Exhibition & Networking – Opportunities for vendors and participants to connect with top decision makers across the six states of southwest Nigeria.
The Showcase event marks the first of its kind since the launch of the Byte Busters Coding Club. It represents more than just an event, it’s a movement to equip young people with the skills they need to thrive in the digital economy and contribute to sustainable development in Nigeria.
